Hello, both are the same. the difference is the room color only. and the location. Terracotta and Ruby red are both on the 2nd floor, while the royal blue is on the 3rd floor.

What was the highlight of 8 Colors Beach House Resort

Really convenient and pleasant stay!

- it was really close to the beach and other convenient locations such as bars/restaurants/sari-sari stores - spacious room for 3 people - there was a hose by the front gate to spray off sand before heading to our room - bath and beach towels were available to be changed daily! (though beach towels were only free on the first day, otherwise it’s a 50php fee per person) - the plugs had USB ports for charging which was convenient for international plugs! - bed and pillows were really comfy!

- no separate flooring or even a barrier for the shower so the whole bathroom floor got soaked - the AC wasn’t the best, we had to use the fan as well (which was provided anyway) - shower pressure was weak in our room - the road to get to the property from the main road was really hard to walk on, potholes galore - with it being super close to the beach front, it did get quite loud, late, due to the restaurants/bars with live musics, although we slept through it as we were knackered from the our day activities lol

great location and spacious penthouse room perfect for a family. The price per night was fair.

I liked the layout of the penthouse and the private balcony upstairs which has a lovely small view of the beach. You are able to smoke on the balcony which was perfect as there were 3 smokers in our group. The room was spacious and adequate. It had everything we needed. There is no pool or anything but who needs a pool when you have the beach just a few meters away. Great location.

4 flights of stairs to get to the penthouse but you get used to it after a few walkups. Its worth it. There are no trikes that come down the narrow pathway to the resort so you are forced to walk up to the main road and flag an e-trike to come down your alley to load up your luggage. Its a pain but still, the location was worth it. There is an open air club right next door until late. Its very loud with music and entertainment. You will not be able to sleep at all until they are finished around 11.30pm - 12.00am. It was hard to endure it each night but despite it, I still loved the penthouse and its location as there is not much else around that fits a family so close to the beach for the price we paid. We were a family of 5.

Great location and value!

It's very near the beach (1 minute walk), restaurants, and shops. The hotel has a place to wash off sand before you go to your room, which is very useful. In front of your room, you have a place to hang your wet clothes for drying. The shower has a heater, they give you a beach towel and the room is very clean.

If you do not like noise, since it's in front of a paluto, at night up to 12mn, there is a band playing and fire dancers. However, the noise is tolerable.

If must be Boracay then is a great choice to stay here

Location is great, advice on local services was great help. Good night life however it seemed a bit adventurous on pricing, the bills always came higher than expected for some reason.

Loud (like in disco) music outside from 7pm to 23:30pm. To me was good music, you can have your private party in the room as there is not much other choice Staff at breakfast place was not enthusiastic on service but the service was ok. I found Boracay the only place in Philippines with such a attitude (the airport transit employees were terrible bad on return and also the ones that try to sell activities). I would consider any other island this one is overpriced, activities not delivered as advertised. Reception was not always available.

Wonderful

Location was excellent, a few steps from the beach, and right beside grilling/paluto stalls, live band, and fire dancers. Cleanliness. Very well-kept, and no damp or bleach smell at all. There’s a water hose at the entrance to remove sand before going back to the rooms. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They also provide beach towels.

Good

Location, 30 seconds from white beach, right next to a local food court with many fresh seafood, with evening live music and fire show, couple if min walk from discos. Confy matress. Air con (not latest, some can be noisy, we stayed in 2 rooms on 1st floor), but there is spare fan. Perfect and Quiet if you sleep 12am-8am.

1.If you go to bed early, not for you. Live music every evening until around midnight, can be also noisy in the morning 7-8 am when people start work in the food court. 2.The blackout curtains cannot be open because privacy, people walking outside. So no view, no natural light, lights needs to be on, otherwise dark. I would frost the windows, the bottom half , or add sheer courtains. 3. Windows cannot stay open due to mosquitoes. Shame cannot enjoy the sea breeze. Why not fit mosquito net ? They could save on electricity as AC needs to be on. Small bar fridge , not really cold.

Would recommend! Budget friendly accommodation in Boracay!

Super near the beach! Near kainan too. The orange room is clean and the beds are good!

Nothing that I don’t like but it’s beside VHub and others might find the location noisy. But if you’re in the room with closed door, it’s not that loud.

Very good

The bed were comfy, the steady WIFI signal and room is spacious. Janice and all other staff were accommodating and helpful, for the staff you are all awesome!

This is not for the hotel this for the guests, please be mindful of your check out time because other guests is waiting, please respect each others time. Also, the beach is dirty because of the trash all around, we found used facemask, candy wrappers, water bottles, coffee cups around the beach area and no trash bins available so we had to bring the trash to the hotel.

Very good

Its near the beach, lots of affordable food options nearby and the room is clean.

Since its near a food hall its a bit noisy at night but its okay for us. The ac is also a little noisy.
